Personal information is processed to enable us to provide related services to you.  The purpose for which the personal information is processed may include any or all of the following (the list is non-exhaustive):

  • To deliver services and recall you for maintenance treatments

  • To deliver telephone / ecommerce orders to your postal address

  • To process financial transactions

All Sévoré Aesthetic employees, with access to your information, have a duty of care and confidentiality to protect your information under the regulations we are required to follow.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will delete or correct them promptly.

We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information, however we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose on-line. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing on-line over the internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or willful default.

HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR?

We are required by legislation, other regulatory requirements and our insurers to retain your data even after we have ceased to provide services to you.  The period of retention may vary, but typically is 5-7 years. To ensure compliance with all such requirements. it is policy of the firm to retain all data for a period of seven years from the last time we engaged with you.

Data storage is annually reviewed and:

  • Electronic data that has passed its retention period is deleted.

  • Paper records that have passed their retention are shredded using a registered and certified confidential service.

HOLDING PERSONAL INFORMATION OUTSIDE THE EAA

Sévoré Aesthetics does not hold confidential personal data outside the EAA.  However, if you subscribed to certain web services, such newsletters or competitions, then your contact details, e.g. email, provided at subscription may be stored outside the EAA depending on the service provider.

Email marketing messages & subscription

Under the GDPR we use the consent lawful basis for anyone subscribing to our newsletter or marketing mailing list. We only collect certain data about you, as detailed in the “Processing of your personal date” above. Any email marketing messages we send are done so through an EMS, email marketing service provider. An EMS is a third party service provider of software / applications that allows marketers to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users.

Email marketing messages that we send may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of data such as; times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data. Such data, within its limitations will show the activity each subscriber made for that email campaign.

Any email marketing messages we send are in accordance with the GDPR and the PECR. We provide you with an easy method to withdraw your consent (unsubscribe) or manage your preferences / the information we hold about you at any time.
